In such cases, Mega Goglio ensures that the transfer is carried out in compliance with the ANPD International Data Transfer Regulation (Aug/2024), using standard contractual clauses and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data.

  • Shareholders and other companies of the Goglio Group, when necessary for administrative or corporate governance purposes;

  • Suppliers and service providers, always under contracts containing confidentiality and data protection clauses;

  • Public authorities and regulatory bodies, when there is a legal obligation or official request.

  • Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion;

  • Withdraw consent;

  • Request information about data sharing;

  • Object to unlawful processing;

  • Submit a petition to the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

 

Please note that some of these rights are still subject to regulation by the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Your requests will be handled with special care to ensure the effectiveness of your rights. You may be asked to verify your identity in order to ensure that only the data subject exercises rights over their personal data.
